Main features
Water-cooled 4-cylinder inline engine equipped with turbocharging, intercooler, and cooled external exhaust gas recirculation.
- The powerful DEUTZ Common Rail (DCR®) injection system and the electronically controlled engine management (EMR), intelligently linked to drive management, ensure optimal engine performance with low fuel consumption.
- This engine is equipped with DVERT® selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and a diesel particulate filter (DPF), meeting the requirements of EU Stage IV and U.S. EPA Tier 4. By incorporating the DPF, these engines already comply with the EU Stage V emission standards, which are scheduled to take effect in 2019.*For markets with less stringent regulations, a version without EAT can be selected.
